About John Glover

I'm a librarian who works with students and faculty in the humanities. My academic background's in ancient history and dead languages, my research focuses on librarianship, DH, and things literary, and I write fiction and make art on the side. I'm comfortable using tools like WordPress, Movable Type etc. to get text and images online, and I've played around with tools like Gimp, Audacity, etc. but my coding experience is limited to primitive HTML, CSS, and a little TEI. Last year I started a digital arts and humanities initiative with a colleague at my library, and I'm looking forward to getting deeper into the weeds.
